Peek-a-Boo, Here Comes Two — Book Launches & School Visits (2026)
I loved sharing my illustrations through guided drawing activities and an interactive song I wrote to accompany the book. We played peek-a-boo, sang together with clackers, and invited a few eager audience members to take part in secret missions inspired by Chantel’s adventure.

Chantel and I each brought our creativity to the program. For me, the most magical part was seeing children so absorbed in the story, then excitedly holding up their drawings to show us. Their enthusiasm and pride in what they had created completely melted my heart.

These moments are what I love about bringing illustration, storytelling and music together: giving children a chance to join in, imagine and create something of their own.

Kids Lit Maitland, Hunter Writers Centre (2025)

I facilitated a monthly picture book critique group for writers and illustrators, creating a supportive space to share work, exchange practical feedback and develop storytelling skills. The group now continues under Linda’s facilitation, and I’m proud to have helped build this creative community.

I welcome opportunities to contribute through guest sessions, workshops and creative conversations.
